Can I purchase cannabis products online?

The simple answer is yes! To order online, create an account with us to verify that you are of legal age. Once you create an account, you are officially a member and can shop online as you would anywhere else: add the products to your cart, checkout, and make a payment. Then voila, your order will be shipped directly to your address.

How do I become a member?

To sign up, visit our become a member page. Once you fill in the details such as mailing address, your email address, etc., you’ll need to upload a photo of your government issued ID. Your account will then be approved and you will be able to place an order once your account is activated.

How do I contact customer service?

You can reach us via our website on our Live Chat at any time (if we miss you on our chat, you will receive a follow up email as long as you leave us your email address. You can also text or call us at (778) 806-5663 or email us at [email protected].

Do you service outside of Canada?

Due to international regulations on cannabis we strictly only service areas within our border (which is all over Canada).

I've placed my order now what?

All orders are shipped out with Canada Post on an Express shipment. Once your shipping label is made, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders placed before 2:00pm PST will be shipped out on the same business day. Typically shipping will take 2-3 business days to most urban areas but rural areas can take up to 3-5 business days. Do note that orders are not processed over the weekend.

Is Happy Tree Bud's website discreet?

Your privacy is a priority to us and all your information is completely confidential.

What are your service hours?

You can purchase from us 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but do note that your orders are only shipped on business days.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

We do accept major credit cards however we have an no charge back policy in place. If you run into any issues, please contact us right away and we will help to the best of our abilities.

Can I use my Visa-Debit?

Yes the system will allow for Visa debit transactions.

Do you accept crypto currency?

Not at this time. But we will be adding it soon.

Do you give refunds?

Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you believe you have a defective product or there is an error with your order, please contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving your product. Photos will be required of packaging and product. We do take customer satisfaction very seriously and want to ensure that you are satisfied with what you receive.

SHIPPING

Is shipping discreet?

Yes, everything is vacuum sealed and sent in an unmarked white box to your address. The package is completely discrete and smell-proof.

How do I track my order?

Once your shipping label is created, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your order with the link provided to the Canada Post website. If you do not see your tracking number in your email, please check your spam folder. You can always contact us and request your tracking number as well.

When will my order ship?

If your order and payment is submitted by 2:00pm pst, your order will be shipped out to your address on that same business day. If your order and payment is received after 2:00pm pst, it will be shipped out on the following business day. If at any time you have any questions concerning your cannabis order, don’t hesitate to contact us.

How can I pay for my order?

At this time we accept E-Transfers or Credit Card Payments. You will be prompted with instructions upon checking out. You can also check your invoice for E-transfer instructions. Please follow them carefully.

What to do if you are dissatisfied with your order?

At Happy Tree we take customer service very serious.  If for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase please email us at [email protected], and we will resolve the issues to the quickest of our abilities.

Whats happens if my order was incomplete?

All orders missing final payment will be cancelled within 24 hours. At that point you will be required to complete a new order.

What are discount codes?

Discount codes are just that.. a code you will copy and past into the coupon window upon check out. We have fun with them, so pay attention and start saving!

PRODUCTS

How do I know what products are best for me?

Ask yourself what you want your cannabis product to do for you and how you would like to consume your product, as inhalation and ingestion will produce different effects and the onset of the effects will occur at different rates. Also, ask yourself if you want to experience a psychoactive effect or a physical effect. CBD products are used for anxiety relief and pain relief. THC products will have psychoactive effects. Note that 15% to 20% THC content is considered to be an average dose, with 33% being the highest potency level currently available. Many cannabis strains in our online cannabis store fall between 15% and 20% THC. We recommend starting small and working your way up to higher doses to gauge what you are comfortable with. What product should I use if I need help relaxing?

What sort of product do you sell?

Customers aged 19 or older can purchase a wide range of dried flower, concentrates, edibles, CBD products, THC vaporizer pens, and weed paraphernalia. You must become a member in order to purchase any products from our mail order dispensary.

I dont like to smoke what are my options?

How strong are your products?

The potency of cannabis is significantly higher than it was in the 1980s with some strains containing an average of 15% THC. Other strains are more potent than others with highs of 30% THC content. Buyers should certainly be mindful of personal dosage limits.

How do I know what dosage or potency of a product?

In all of our strain descriptions, we provide customers with all of the necessary information regarding that specific strain. THC and CBD Levels vary from batch to batch; however, we give you an approximate range of the percentages. The higher the percentage of THC, the more potent it is. Alternatively, products that contain a higher amount of CBD will lessen the effects of the THC component of the plant. What are terpenes and why should I care?

Terpenes come from the same glands in the plant that product cannabinoids such as THC and CBD, they’re oils that give the plant its unique aroma and flavor such as pine, berry, and citrus. They also may play a part in the different effects of the strains; more research needs to be put into the subject regarding how and how much they do. How should I store my cannabis?

To store bud, keep it in an airtight container, away from moisture and sources of light. Store oils and concentrates in glass, at a cooler temperature and away from light. Please ensure that your cannabis products are kept out of reach from children, minors and animals!

How do I earn points?

You will automatically be rewarded with 25 points upon sign up and will continue to receive points as you make purchases. For every dollar spent you can bank a point.

How do I redeem my points?

The points you have earned on the site will display upon check out and you will be prompted to ask how much you would like to redeem each time you place your order.

Are my points redeemable for cash?

Your points are not redeemable for anything besides a discount on any future purchase. They cannot be combined or transferred to any other promotion or transaction.
